haricobcfs provides guided tour services including but not limited to:

• Historical city tours of Groningen and surrounding areas
• Cultural experience tours showcasing Dutch heritage
• Custom group tours tailored to specific interests
• Specialised tours including photography, food, and cycling experiences
• Educational tours for groups and institutions

Booking and Payment Terms

When booking tours with haricobcfs, the following terms apply:

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our booking system
• Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit cards, and other approved methods
• Full payment may be required before tour commencement
• Group bookings may require deposits and different payment schedules

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and haricobcfs:

• Cancellations must be made in writing to contact@haricobcfs.top
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may incur charges
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• haricobcfs reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances
• In case of cancellation by haricobcfs, full refunds or alternative dates will be offered

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of haricobcfs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking tours
• Arrive punctually at designated meeting points
• Follow safety instructions and guidance from tour guides
• Respect other tour participants and local communities
• Inform us of any special requirements or accessibility needs
• Take responsibility for personal belongings during tours
• Behave in a manner that does not disrupt the tour experience

Intellectual Property

All content on the haricobcfs website, including text, images, logos, tour materials, and route information, is the intellectual property of haricobcfs B.V. or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission. The haricobcfs name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks. Tour participants may take photographs for personal use but may not use haricobcfs content for commercial purposes.

Health and Safety

haricobcfs is committed to providing safe tour experiences:

• Tour participants must be in reasonable physical condition for walking tours
• Customers must inform us of any health conditions that may affect participation
• haricobcfs guides are trained in basic safety procedures
• Participants must follow all safety instructions and local regulations
• haricobcfs is not responsible for accidents caused by participant negligence
• We recommend appropriate travel insurance for all participants

Limitation of Liability

haricobcfs provides guided tour services with professional care and expertise. However, our liability is limited as follows: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from tour participation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific tour in question. haricobcfs is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Participants join tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

Privacy and Data Protection

haricobcfs respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Force Majeure

haricobcfs shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule tours or provide appropriate alternatives where possible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by Dutch law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with Dutch legal procedures. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Termination

haricobcfs reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms of service or is harmful to other customers, our business, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
